Forming better Habits

Habits are routine behaviors that are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously. They can be actions, thoughts, or feelings that become automatic over time through repeated practice.

Habits can be positive or negative, and can have a significant impact on our daily lives and overall well-being. Positive habits, such as regular exercise or practicing gratitude, can improve our health, productivity, and happiness, while negative habits, such as smoking or overeating, can harm our health and well-being.

Habits are formed through a combination of repetition, consistency, and reinforcement, and can be difficult to break once they are established.

Some examples of unhealthy habits could be:

  1. Procrastination: Delaying tasks until the last minute, causing stress and decreased productivity.

  2. Biting nails: A nervous habit that can damage the nails and cuticles, as well as increase the risk of infection.

  3. Smoking: A harmful habit that can cause serious health problems, such as lung cancer and heart disease.

  4. Overeating: Consuming more food than necessary, often leading to weight gain and related health issues.

  5. Excessive alcohol consumption: Drinking too much alcohol can lead to addiction, liver disease, and other health problems.

  6. Sleeping too little or too much: Both can disrupt the body's natural rhythms and have negative impacts on physical and mental health.

  7. Constantly checking social media: A habit that can cause distraction, addiction, and increased anxiety.

  8. Chronic lateness: Consistently being late for appointments and meetings, which can be disrespectful to others and cause stress for both parties.

  9. Neglecting self-care: Failing to take care of oneself through proper nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management can lead to physical and mental health problems.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a form of therapy that can be very effective in helping individuals overcome unwanted habits. RTT combines elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to create a powerful approach to change.

Here are some ways I can help with habits using RTT:

  1. Identifying the root cause of the habit: I can help you uncover the root cause of your unwanted habit. Often, habits are rooted in subconscious beliefs or past experiences that we may not be consciously aware of. By exploring these underlying factors through hypnotherapy and NLP techniques, RTT can help you gain a deeper understanding of your habit and how to address it.

  2. Creating new neural pathways: Using RTT I can help you create new neural pathways in your brain that support healthier habits. By using visualization and other techniques, I can help you create new mental patterns and behaviors that align with your desired outcome.

  3. Developing self-awareness: with RTT tools I can help you develop greater self-awareness around your habit, including the triggers and behaviors associated with it. By gaining a deeper understanding of these patterns, you can learn to identify and address them in a more productive way.

  4. Improving self-esteem: I can help improve your self-esteem and self-confidence, which can in turn help you break free from unwanted habits. By strengthening your belief in yourself and your ability to change, you can approach the process of breaking the habit with greater determination and focus.

  5. Providing ongoing support: I provide ongoing support and guidance as you work on changing your habits. I can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals, providing accountability and support throughout the process.

Overall, RTT can be a highly effective alternative option for addressing unwanted habits. By identifying the root cause of the habit, creating new neural pathways, developing self-awareness, improving self-esteem, and providing ongoing support, using the RTT method I can help you break free from unwanted habits and create a healthier, happier life.

First, you make your beliefs, then your beliefs make you.

I use the RTT method which includes Hypnosis to communicate directly with the subconscious mind – which is where most issues, blocks, and limiting beliefs reside.

Together, we access the root cause of the issue, which leads to an understanding of why and when it started. This understanding is powerful.

We then work together through the process of helping you to let go of the issue for good.  This empowers you to be free and to move forward positively, creating the life that you want.

A personal transformation audio is made specifically for you. The mind learns by repetition and the recording rewires the brain to accept the new beliefs so that the change is permanent and powerful.

This recording is to be listened to daily for 21 days at least, and I will check in with you during that time to ensure you are getting support and encouragement during this transitional stage.
