How it may show up in your life...

  • Saying "yes" to everything: People with a lack of boundaries may have difficulty saying "no" to requests or demands from others, even if it means overcommitting themselves or neglecting their own needs.
     

  • Allowing others to treat them poorly: People with a lack of boundaries may tolerate mistreatment or disrespect from others, even when it causes them emotional or physical harm.
     

  • Over-sharing personal information: People with a lack of boundaries may share personal information with others too easily, without considering the consequences or the impact it may have on their own privacy or relationships.
     

  • Not taking responsibility for their own actions: People with a lack of boundaries may blame others for their problems or fail to take responsibility for their own behavior, which can create conflict and strain relationships.
     

  • Feeling guilty for setting boundaries: People with a lack of boundaries may feel guilty or ashamed for setting boundaries, as if they are being selfish or mean.

A lack of boundaries can lead to a range of problems, including stress, anxiety, resentment, and relationship difficulties. Developing healthy boundaries can help individuals establish a sense of autonomy, self-respect, and emotional well-being.

RTT can be helpful in addressing a lack of boundaries. Here are some ways I can help:

  4. Addressing underlying issues: Together we address any underlying issues that may contribute to a lack of boundaries, such as low self-esteem. By addressing these issues, you can build the skills and resilience needed to set and enforce healthy boundaries.
     

  5. Developing self-care strategies: RTT can help you develop self-care strategies that support your emotional well-being and help you set and enforce boundaries. This includes developing a mindfulness practice by listening to a personalised recording, that promote relaxation and stress reduction.

A personal transformation audio is made specifically for you. The mind learns by repetition and the recording rewires the brain to accept the new beliefs so that the change is permanent and powerful.

 

This recording is to be listened to daily for 21 days at least, and I will check in with you during that time to ensure you are getting support and encouragement during this transitional stage.
