How it may show up in your life....

A lack of concentration can show up in many different areas of life and have a significant impact on an individual's daily functioning. Here are some common ways that a lack of concentration can manifest:

  • Difficulty completing tasks: One of the most common signs of a lack of concentration is difficulty completing tasks. Individuals may find themselves starting multiple tasks but struggling to finish any of them, or may take longer to complete tasks than they normally would.

  • Forgetfulness: A lack of concentration can also lead to forgetfulness, including forgetting appointments, deadlines, or important details. This can cause additional stress and anxiety as individuals may feel like they are constantly forgetting something important.

  • Reduced productivity: A lack of concentration can also lead to reduced productivity, both at work and in other areas of life. This can be particularly frustrating for individuals who feel like they are putting in the effort but not seeing the results they expect.

  • Difficulty learning: A lack of concentration can also make it more difficult to learn new things, whether it's at school or in other areas of life. Individuals may struggle to absorb new information or retain what they've learned, making it more difficult to progress.

  • Impulsivity: You may become impulsive, making rash decisions or acting on a whim without thinking through the consequences.

  • Poor memory: Difficulty concentrating can lead to forgetfulness, making it challenging to remember important details, appointments, or deadlines.

  • Struggles with decision-making: A lack of concentration can also make decision-making more challenging. Individuals may feel overwhelmed by options or struggle to weigh the pros and cons of different choices, leading to indecisiveness and uncertainty.

Overall, a lack of concentration can have a significant impact on an individual's daily life and functioning. It can lead to frustration, anxiety, and reduced productivity, making it important to address and find strategies for improvement.

By addressing these experiences in a safe and supportive environment, I can help you let go of any negative emotions or beliefs that may be holding you back.

  3. Developing new habits and behaviors: With RTT tools I can help you develop new habits and behaviors that support concentration, such as setting aside specific times of the day for focused work, eliminating distractions, and using visualization techniques to improve focus.

  4. Improving self-confidence: I can help and guide you improve your self-confidence and self-esteem, which can in turn improve your ability to concentrate. By helping you see yourself in a more positive light, Using RTT I can help you approach tasks with greater focus and determination.

  5. Providing ongoing support: I provide ongoing support and guidance as you work on improving your concentration. I can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals, providing accountability and support throughout the process.

First, you make your beliefs, then your beliefs make you.

I use the RTT method which includes Hypnosis to communicate directly with the subconscious mind – which is where most issues, blocks, and limiting beliefs reside.

Together, we access the root cause of the issue, which leads to an understanding of why and when it started. This understanding is powerful.

We then work together through the process of helping you to let go of the issue for good.  This empowers you to be free and to move forward positively, creating the life that you want.

A personal transformation audio is made specifically for you. The mind learns by repetition and the recording rewires the brain to accept the new beliefs so that the change is permanent and powerful.

This recording is to be listened to daily for 21 days at least, and I will check in with you during that time to ensure you are getting support and encouragement during this transitional stage.

Dear Rosie,

I wish to write you and thank you so much what you have done for me. I feel like the curtains in my mind are finally open and I feel clear and free. As I said to you in our session together, I felt like in my mind I was always hiding behind a curtain trying to arrange everything in perfect order before I could start anything.  I always felt so overwhelmed and then give up. But now I can make decisions easily, my husband is amazed.  My mind feels open and clear thank you so much for your guidance and your recording. I will continue to listen to it everyday, it was a truly transformative experience.

I wish you every success in your business, you have learnt an impressive skill I can definitely recommend you.

Thank you again,

I am forever grateful to you.
